The Pre-Visit

First off, I totally get it.  I know it can be really overwhelming seeing a new stylist for the first time, and I am here to make this new transition for you as easy as possible.  You will begin your experience through the New Guest Digital Consultation Form. Once you book your first appointment, I will send a welcome packet to your email within 24 hours of your booking.  This welcome packet will include everything you need to know about your first appointment including salon, parking, and policy information.  I ask that you read this packet in it's entirety prior to your first appointment as it may include any information that you may be unsure of.  As always, you can email me with any questions you may have.  I am always happy to help!

The Consultation

This is where the fun begins!  You and I will start our visit with a thorough consultation, where we will discuss your hair history, goals, expectations, and together determine a game plan of services to achieve those goals.  I promise to never waste your time, and be fully transparent with what our game plan will be.  If you are coming in for color or a blonding service, a custom formula will be created for you, and recorded for future appointments and/or changes.

After Goodbye

We will finish our visit with recommendations for at home maintenance care, product recommendations, a clear vision for future appointments, and of course, a few extra minutes for some photo taking of your beautiful locks!
